PROJECTS
These are just a few of the complex and interesting projects we have worked on in the last few years...
Scottish SPCA
A start-to-finish project bringing order to a previously fragmented and opaque pay and grading system. Developed and introduced an entirely new bespoke JE system and job family framework.
Implementation expected June 2019.
Carnegie (now Fife) College
Single-handedly conducted an entire job evaluation project from start to finish including the design of data-gathering processes, pay modelling, internal communications, implementation tools and appeals.
Milton Keynes Council
Brought in to assist with the schools element of a unitary authority pay review programme, the role quickly expanded to include pay modelling, communications and negotiation support, leading to successful implementation. Introduced standard role profiles for 2,500+ school support workers.
Scottish Prison Service
Initially supporting a wider professionalisation project, the role expanded to the development of an entirely new, bespoke JE system and a job family framework, bringing clarity and transparency to a previously opaque and inflexible system.
Implementation expected April 2020.
Norwich City Council
Brought in to revive an ailing pay and review project, we refocussed the JE data gathering project, provided real-time pay modelling tools to support decision-making and negotiations with UNISON. Following a successful ballot, we designed and delivered the entire implementation phase from mail-merge letters to final appeals.
