A S Walls Ltd was established in 2006 to provide expert support to public sector pay and grading reviews - specifically focusing on the use and development of job evaluation schemes and job family frameworks. The principal consultant, Stuart Walls, has a background in Occupational Psychology (MSc) and a very wide range of experience in public and private sector organisations in the US and UK.
